About the position

As a Social Media Brand Partner at BSH Home Appliances Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence and brand image of our leading home appliance brands, including Bosch, Gaggenau, and Thermador. This full-time position is based in Irvine, CA, and offers a competitive salary range of $111,013 to $148,017, along with an annual bonus incentive target of 10%. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business goals and reflect our brand voice. You will create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our audience. In this role, you will diligently monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback, collaborating with our Community Management team and external agencies to respond appropriately and engage with our audience. You will plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Analyzing social media metrics and performance using various tools and native platform analytics will be crucial to measure the success of your campaigns and strategies. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and PR, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels. Staying updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices will help keep our brand competitive and innovative. You will also identify opportunistic topics and ideas to inject our brands into trending conversations, ensuring a positive brand image. Managing social media budgets and allocating resources effectively for paid campaigns will be part of your responsibilities, as well as developing content calendars to ensure consistent posting and alignment with broader marketing initiatives. You will identify and partner with RNA Communications to establish relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, enhancing our brand reach and credibility. Additionally, coordinating social media takeovers, collaborations, and live events will be essential to boost engagement and follower growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Social Media and Agency Management.
  • Proven experience in Social Media Management or similar roles.
  • Strong relationship building and management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics preferred.
  • Proven ability to work and manage within budgets.
  • Demonstrated capability to understand creative nuances associated with brand identities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for high-visibility projects under tight deadlines.
