About the position

The Social Media & Branding Specialist at Bomnin Automotive is responsible for enhancing the company's online presence and promoting its brand through the creation of original content and active engagement with followers and customers. This role involves managing social media platforms, developing content calendars, and participating in community events to strengthen brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, original, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content that reflects current promotions, events, and dealership updates.
  • Communicate with followers and customers, responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Suggest and implement features to develop brand awareness, promotional campaigns, and engagement in community events.
  • Research social media trends and inform the Creative Director of relevant changes.
  • Monitor traffic, engagement, and other metrics on social platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and design tools.
  • Respond to both positive and negative reviews across all social media accounts and platforms.
  • Monitor all platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the portrayal of information and images.
  • Assist in planning and executing community involvement events, developing timelines and budgets, and overseeing tasks to ensure efficiency.
  • Capture photos and videos at community events to create engaging social media content.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a social media content creator (+3 years of experience).
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and excellent copywriting skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and meet department goals and deadlines, maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and either Premiere or After Effects is required.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere or After Effects (3 years preferred).
  • Fluency in Spanish.
