About the position

The Social Media Community Manager at Bask & Lather LLC is responsible for building and nurturing the online community, enhancing brand presence, and fostering engagement across various social media platforms. This role involves community engagement, content creation, social media strategy development, analytics, and collaboration with influencers to amplify the brand's reach.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels.
  • Host live streaming sessions to connect with the audience, share product insights, and address questions in real-time.
  • Develop and curate compelling content that resonates with the audience, including graphics, videos, and interactive posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the brand's messaging and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and implement a dynamic social media strategy that enhances brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the social media landscape to keep the brand relevant.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess community engagement and content performance.
  • Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and community presence.
  • Coordinate influencer and affiliate campaigns and partnerships that align with brand values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to fostering a positive online community.
