About the position

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Bouquet Labs, LLC. This part-time role focuses on developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, graphic design, and SEO practices, along with the ability to analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Utilize tools provided for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening techniques to inform content strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives and campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner while maintaining brand voice.

Requirements

• Proficiency in social media marketing strategies and best practices.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator).
• Familiarity with SEO principles to enhance content visibility.
• Ability to conduct photography for content creation purposes.
• Knowledge of social listening tools to gauge audience sentiment and engagement levels.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling through digital mediums.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiar with cannabis products and have a general understanding of the MD cannabis market.
