About the position

The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for enhancing Peepers' brand presence across various social media platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content that drives customer interaction and loyalty while managing community engagement. The position allows for a hybrid work environment, requiring one in-office day per week, and emphasizes creativity and initiative in content creation and strategy execution.

Responsibilities

• Strategically create content and execute the social media calendar aligned with the digital marketing calendar.
• Drive organic growth for Peepers' social media accounts.
• Lead community engagement on all social channels and manage user-generated content.
• Conceptualize and create content for organic and paid channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Host live stream events on social media and the Peepers website.
• Continuously ideate new content ideas specific to each channel with actionable plans for execution.
• Develop valuable topics that engage consumers and promote Peepers' products.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, acting as the digital voice of the brand.
• Outreach to customers and brand partners for user-generated content collaborations.
• Track and report on organic social media analytics with growth and engagement goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and interact with a digital community effectively.
• Experience in video content creation and editing.
