About the position

The Social Media Content Creator & Manager role at ABM is a part-time internship position focused on developing and managing social media content for various clients. The position emphasizes creativity, independence, and a strong understanding of the current social media landscape, trends, and effective content creation. The role involves brainstorming innovative ideas, crafting visual assets, and engaging with audiences across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and develop innovative social content and campaign ideas that achieve marketing goals
  • Craft and curate visual assets that are built with specific social platforms in mind
  • Write effective copy across multiple social channels
  • Stay current and educated on platform updates and new social media opportunities to reach our audience
  • Research and understand how competitors use social media marketing
  • Assist in social media monitoring and responding across all platforms, acting as a brand voice
  • Brainstorm and develop social media engagement ideas

Requirements

  • Understand the workings of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok and can create campaigns using them
  • Ability to take creative feedback and build on it
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively across other teams and departments
  • Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for specific art direction and photography
  • Knowledge of how to run social media campaigns and can create video, audio, and written content
  • Have a stellar attitude and ready to give max effort
  • Graphic Design Experience
  • Preferably experience in a creative field, especially with video/infographic/social content
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in today's social media platforms
  • Creative mind
