About the position

As a Social Media Content Creator/Marketing professional at Strawberry Road Auto, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our dealership's online presence and driving sales through effective social media strategies. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, internet-driven sales environment. You will be responsible for managing the dealership's social media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing our social media presence and generating sales leads from various online channels. In this role, you will monitor and respond to all internet leads generated through the dealership's website and referral services. You will develop a client prospecting file upon receiving leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement with potential customers. Your responsibilities will also include quoting pricing, rates, and inventory availability, as well as meeting and greeting prospects by appointment. You will present and demonstrate our inventory, receive credit applications, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications relevant to the automotive industry. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the dealership's Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly unit sales to meet dealership standards. Taking digital photos for posting on the website will also be part of your duties. Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential to effectively manage customer interactions and sales processes. Responsibilities
