The Social Media Content Creator - Professional Videographer is responsible for creating and editing high-quality visual content for social media platforms. This role involves capturing and producing videos and photos of new construction homes, ensuring that the content aligns with industry trends and engages the audience effectively. The candidate will work full-time, primarily on-site, and is expected to produce multiple pieces of content weekly.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit professional photos and videos for social media platforms.
• Produce 3-5 videos per week showcasing new construction homes.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance content quality.
• Utilize drone technology for aerial shots when necessary.
• Manage and maintain personal or provided professional camera equipment.

Requirements

• Professional photography/videography shooting and editing experience.
• Ability to operate a drone.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in videography and photography.
• Strong understanding of social media content creation and trends.
