You will be responsible for creating both long-form and short-form content that captivates our audience. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to maintain consistency in messaging and branding. Additionally, you will monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages on social media platforms, fostering a community around our brand. Utilizing analytics tools to track the performance of social media content will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to make data-driven decisions for optimization. • Create both long-form and short-form content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with the company's mission.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages on social media platforms.
• Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of social media content and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, with a portfolio of high-performing content.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including videos, Reels, and other formats.
• Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Familiarity with behavioral health and a genuine passion for promoting mental health awareness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Licensed mental health professional (a plus).
• Must submit links to social media videos that you have created and that feature YOU to be considered.
