About the position

The Social Media Content Creator will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of Trinchero Family Estates' newest brand, Atomic Boss Hard Punch. This temporary position focuses on creating engaging social media content across various platforms, managing partnerships, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create various forms of social media content including video, images, reels, stories & copy suitable for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Discord.
• Manage an established organic social media calendar in collaboration with the digital marketing team and brand stakeholders.
• Participate in regular content planning and strategy meetings.
• Manage social media influencer partnerships end to end, including identifying potential partners, outreach, contract negotiations, content delivery, and posting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content maximizes engagement, reach, and sales.
• Execute content project requests as directed by Supervisor or Digital Team.
• Ensure created content aligns with the brand voice and style.
• Travel to various sites to capture content as directed by Supervisor.
• Foster community growth and engagement through community management across all active channels.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a social media role preferred.
• Experience with content creation, particularly video, and familiarity with editing software.
• Digitally native and familiar with the social media ecosystem.
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities from stakeholders and deliver on-time results.
• Adaptability and flexibility with a willingness to embrace change.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with alcoholic beverage brands and understanding of the three-tiered system.
• Passion for 'geek culture' including technology, entertainment, fiction, and fandom.
