About the position

Nexvel is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join their team. This part-time role involves ideating, producing, and editing engaging content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, aimed at helping local brands succeed through tailored marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce short-form video content that aligns with client branding and marketing objectives.
• Travel to clients' locations in Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and surrounding areas to shoot video content on-site.
• Edit videos using in-app tools, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software to create polished, professional-quality content.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, and incorporate them into your content.
• Work closely with the project lead to ensure that all content aligns with the client's goals and expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience creating content for an agency, major brand, or local business.
• Proficiency in video editing software, including Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel to various client locations for on-site shoots.
• Reliable transportation is required.
