The role is designed for a creative individual who can deliver high-quality video content while collaborating on content ideas and staying updated on social media trends. This is a freelance, part-time position that emphasizes creativity, attention to detail, and timely delivery of content.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce 3 high-quality TikToks/Reels per week based on provided video footage.
• Deliver final video versions promptly, including revisions based on feedback.
• Occasionally film on-location in the San Luis Obispo area, handling angles, lighting, and filming using an iPhone.
• Collaborate on a content calendar to plan video content in advance, sharing ideas for trends, sounds, and video styles.
• Stay updated on TikTok and Instagram trends, suggesting new ideas for sounds, styles, and formats that align with the brand.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience editing and producing Reels/TikToks in a professional setting or a strong personal portfolio of influencer-style content.
• Proficiency in editing software like CapCut or Instagram Reels (or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to suggest innovative, on-brand content ideas.
