About the position

The Social Media Content Creator at Eric Fisher Academy and The Eric Fisher Salons is responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content across various platforms. This role requires a creative individual who is passionate about social media trends and has expertise in content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design. The position aims to enhance brand awareness and promote the company's products and services through compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality images for social media
• Create and publish various forms of social media content, including text captions, videos, and images suitable for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create visually appealing graphics and images for social media
• Edit and produce video content for social media
• Analyze performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and optimize future posts
• Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Increase brand awareness and promote company products and services
• Produce compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice and tone

Requirements

• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills, preferably in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (After Effects and Lightroom a plus)
• Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Proven writing and editing skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Bold, outgoing, people person
• Keen interest in current social media trends
• Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
• Extensive knowledge of social media best practices
• Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong understanding of how to optimize content for different audiences
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to drive to multiple locations with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to recognize the high standards of our company's brand and create work that meets those standards
