About the position

Naked Wines is seeking a part-time Social Media Content Creator for a 6-month contract to enhance its online presence through engaging content on Meta channels and YouTube Shorts. The role focuses on storytelling and video production, aiming to connect wine drinkers with winemakers while fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce 4+ engaging posts per week, including at least 2 short-form videos featuring winemakers and wine education.
• Monitor, engage with, and respond to the online community across platforms to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty.
• Insert Naked Wines into relevant lifestyle conversations to contribute positively and interestingly.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with winemakers and team members to source content ideas and materials that resonate with the audience.
• Track and analyze the performance of social media content using insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, particularly for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Strong video editing skills and familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for wine and the Napa region is a plus.

• Hourly Rate: $35-$38/hour
