About the position

The Social Media Content Creator position at Providence Care Adult Day Center is a part-time internship role focused on enhancing the center's online presence through engaging and interactive content. The role aims to drive traffic, increase visibility, and convert inquiries into enrollments by leveraging social media platforms effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create daily engaging, interactive posts on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to capture the attention of families and caregivers.
• Design and launch trending social media campaigns that position our center as a leader in elderly care services.
• Develop high-quality graphics, short-form videos (including Reels and Stories), and posts that showcase client success stories, center activities, staff highlights, and special events.
• Use social media to drive inquiries, sign-ups for tours, and engagement with our services, directly contributing to enrollment and traffic growth.
• Implement strategies like targeted promotions, contests, and community engagement to boost sales and increase foot traffic to the center.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt our content to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring a dynamic and evolving presence.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating high-impact social media content that drives sales, traffic, and engagement (portfolio required).
