About the position

Onward Search is seeking a Social Media Content Creator for a luxury hospitality client. This role involves collaborating on social content development, managing both paid and organic social media presence, and creating engaging content that aligns with the brand's identity. The position is remote and is a project opportunity lasting until March 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Produce social media content across paid and organic channels, adapting current trends into platform-specific assets and supporting brand campaign initiatives.
  • Design and illustrate assets for the hotel luxury brands' social media, with a primary focus on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Capture and create quick-turn content that aligns with cultural moments and trending online topics.
  • Pitch and develop original content ideas tailored to the company's luxury brand social platforms.
  • Uphold and contribute to the evolution of brand identity, crafting copy that aligns with brand tone and voice.
  • Deliver engaging storytelling through clear, concise, and impactful creative outputs.
  • Research target audiences, competitors, and industry trends, and collaborate with partners to align creative efforts with business and marketing goals.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively, balancing deadlines and priorities while engaging with stakeholders.
  • Utilize insights from campaign metrics to continually improve content performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in design and copywriting, ideally in a design agency, advertising, or in-house creative role.
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite; experience with After Effects, HTML5 animation, or video production is a plus.
  • Familiar with social media management tools (Airtable) and analytics platforms (Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, Brandwatch).
  • Proven experience collaborating within a marketing team, with an understanding of business objectives and the ability to provide creative solutions.
  • Availability to travel (under 10%) and work outside business hours as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in content capture, including photography and videography, with personal equipment.
  • Knowledgeable about pop culture, trends, and luxury aesthetics.
  • Strong creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, consumer brands, or a creative agency setting.
