Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, tailored to various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across platforms.
• Collaborate with others to create and execute campaigns that align with personal branding.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, using data insights to optimize content strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead in social media innovation.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular, timely, and strategic posting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation (portfolio or samples required).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas and concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
