About the position

Mind Shift Coaching is looking for a creative and talented Social Media Content Creator who will be responsible for producing engaging content across various platforms in the fitness industry. This role involves researching topics, crafting narratives, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the brand's presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling and digital marketing, with the ability to create high-quality content that resonates with the audience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate original content.
• Create high-quality written content for blogs, articles, social media, and web pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders and public relations contacts to enhance brand visibility.
• Incorporate graphic design elements into written content when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a professional setting.
• Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear and engaging narratives.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong relationship management skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
• A degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
