About the position

The Social Media Content Creator will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence and brand awareness of The Michelle Humes Group. This position is designed for a creative and motivated individual who is passionate about engaging with customers through various social media platforms. The role involves developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive brand success and connect with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute content across all social media channels, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies that align with company goals and brand identity.
  • Track and report on social media performance, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to maintain and enhance our brand voice, values, and image online.
  • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers to amplify our brand reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of all primary social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Experience with paid advertising on social platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
