About the position

The Social Media Content Creator at MLG Attorneys at Law is responsible for developing and managing engaging social media content that resonates with diverse audiences. This role involves video production, brand management, community engagement, and innovation in content creation to enhance the firm's online presence and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging social media content, including posts and videos, tailored to each platform.
• Capture and edit video content from live events for social media stories and reels.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all accounts.
• Interact with the audience, responding to inquiries and comments to foster community engagement.
• Explore and introduce new content ideas and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct routine audits to remove inauthentic followers and cultivate a genuine audience.
• Create innovative advertising content for Pro Jury Services and Defect Attorney platforms.
• Generate graphic content for online platforms and print materials using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with external vendors for the print and design of promotional materials.
• Oversee and organize digital assets, including image libraries and videos.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
• 3-5 years of experience in video editing and graphic design; portfolio required.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Canva (3 years minimum).
• Proven track record of successfully managing business social media accounts.
• Experience using a DSLR camera is required.
• Skilled in utilizing analytics and social media monitoring instruments to gauge engagement and campaign success.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
