We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team at I Am Her Stationery. This part-time position focuses on producing engaging content across various social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content trends and audience engagement strategies, with the ability to create innovative content that resonates with diverse audiences. This role offers significant growth opportunities as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok retention strategies to keep audiences engaged and curious to increase sales.
• Help showcase our products in a fresh, creative, and trendy style.
• Create eye-catching and innovative hooks for content.
• Track viral trends and leverage them in content creation and planning.
• Work closely with the team to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.
• Meet with the team in the office at least once a week to check in (negotiable).

Requirements

• Experience with viral social media content, hooks, monetization, and algorithm-based strategy.
• Ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences without stigmatizing any group.
• Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves
