About the position

SEED Peoples Market is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to engage with our audience through compelling user-generated content (UGC) across various social media platforms. This part-time role involves creating and managing social media posts, developing email campaigns, and assisting in event coordination to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish eye-catching content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
• Develop and distribute compelling email campaigns to keep our subscribers informed about promotions, events, and new arrivals.
• Assist in planning and promoting events, including creating promotional materials and coordinating social media coverage to maximize engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in retail or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and management tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva.
• A creative mindset.
