As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's online presence and engagement through innovative social media strategies. In this role, you will actively monitor our social media channels, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential, as you will work together to align social media initiatives with broader marketing strategies. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to stay ahead of the competition. You will also manage social media advertising campaigns aimed at driving traffic and conversions, while tracking and analyzing metrics to measure the success of your efforts. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing will be vital to your success in this position, as you will be expected to adapt and innovate continuously.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Basic photography skills for creating visually appealing content
  • Basic video editing skills for creating engaging video content
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Ability to conduct research on industry trends and competitors
