About the position

The Social Media Content Creator at Providence Care Adult Day Center is responsible for enhancing the organization's online presence through engaging and interactive content. This part-time internship role focuses on creating compelling social media posts, designing campaigns, and driving traffic to increase enrollments and visibility for the center's services.

Responsibilities

  • Create daily engaging, interactive posts on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to capture the attention of families and caregivers.
  • Design and launch trending social media campaigns that position our center as a leader in elderly care services.
  • Develop high-quality graphics, short-form videos (including Reels and Stories), and posts that showcase client success stories, center activities, staff highlights, and special events.
  • Use social media to drive inquiries, sign-ups for tours, and engagement with our services, directly contributing to enrollment and traffic growth.
  • Implement strategies like targeted promotions, contests, and community engagement to boost sales and increase foot traffic to the center.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt our content to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring a dynamic and evolving presence.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating high-impact social media content that drives sales, traffic, and engagement (portfolio required).
  • Expertise in developing trends, viral content, and engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of how to build a strong, engaged online community for businesses.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to pivot strategies based on performance data.
  • Strong understanding of the elderly care industry or a willingness to quickly learn about the unique needs of seniors and their caregivers.
