About the position

Mana Physical Therapy is seeking a talented and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team in East Brunswick, NJ. This part-time, contract position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility while contributing to our mission of providing educational rehab and fitness content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. In this role, you will craft compelling visuals, videos, and copy that resonate with our audience and enhance brand awareness. You will work closely with our office directors to ensure that all content aligns with our company goals and maintains a consistent brand voice and visual identity. Your creativity will play a crucial role in increasing engagement and driving our social media strategy forward. As a key member of our team, you will also monitor social media trends and engage with online communities to keep our brand relevant. Analyzing performance metrics will be essential to adjusting strategies and improving content effectiveness. Staying up-to-date with social media best practices and algorithms will ensure that your content remains fresh and innovative, ultimately contributing to the growth of our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and manage social media content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with office directors to produce cohesive content aligned with company goals.
• Monitor trends and engage with online communities to ensure our brand stays relevant.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly to improve content effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithms, and trends to keep content fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong visual design and content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, photography, etc.).
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• A passion for storytelling and creativity.
