About the position

The Social Media Content Creator at iKrusher is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's digital presence through engaging and creative content across various social media platforms. This role focuses on developing viral short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, while also overseeing daily social media activities and monitoring trends to connect with the audience effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and short videos that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand identity.
• Oversee day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages, fostering dialogue and community.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute quick, innovative content ideas that align with ongoing campaigns.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to inform future strategies and report on audience insights and engagement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of content creation or related experience.
• Proven track record in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing viral and engaging short-form content.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and understanding platform-specific nuances (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling brand stories across various formats.
• Quick thinker with the ability to generate creative ideas on the spot and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, Video Leap, and other content creation tools.
• Passionate about trends in social media and consumer engagement.
