About the position

FocusKPI is seeking a Social Media Content Creator for a high-tech SaaS client. This remote position involves leading the creation of social-first video and static content to enhance the client's brand and promote their products. The role requires strong storytelling skills and a background in social media marketing to effectively communicate brand narratives and position the client as a leading voice in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative ideas that promote the client's profile and gain cut-through within the US and global markets.
  • Complete projects using various technical skills and software, including Adobe Premiere, Figma, CapCut, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Work in a team environment with stakeholders from various departments, including Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Creative, and Brand.
  • Support and execute major campaign launches and evergreen content creation, including project management, asset trafficking, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Be creative and able to work with subject matter experts to turn ideas into compelling scripts that are shared through video.
  • Work across project teams to understand priorities and generate compelling assets, concepts, and tactical plans for content production and storytelling.
  • Write, produce, and edit engaging, highly shareable material their audiences want to read, watch, listen to, and engage with.
  • Support and contribute to their brand and product social media strategy, maintaining a calendar of social posts.
  • Build relationships with teams across the company to source ideas and shape social-first content.
  • Provide feedback to partners and SMEs on project timelines, potential challenges, and suggestions and ideas to take a project idea from concept to completion.
  • Measure results and adjust approaches accordingly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing and/or experience managing social media accounts and social-first projects for B2B, tech, or SaaS brands.
  • Strong creator, editor, and writer with a passion for pitching new ideas and executions for short-form video content and static assets.
  • Advanced knowledge of the impact video content makes on their audience.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative, and Sprout Social.
  • Working knowledge of how social media content and campaigns differ across markets to meet the needs of local audiences and cultures.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and how to translate performance metrics into actionable takeaways.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and stakeholders across markets.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring quality in every aspect of content creation.

  • Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing.
