About the position

The Social Media Content Creator at Tracy Anderson Method is responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand's vision and messaging. This role supports strategic marketing initiatives across various digital platforms, including social media channels, websites, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different social media platforms and be able to deliver creative content that engages audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging, high-quality social content tailored to each platform for marketing, advertising, and storytelling.
• Deliver content daily with an emphasis on creativity, brand consistency, and audience engagement.
• Develop fresh, engaging weekly content for Instagram, maintaining brand messaging and visual interest.
• Identify and leverage trending content styles on TikTok, adapting them to fit the brand voice and goals.
• Monitor digital engagement metrics and promote company offerings to reach new audiences.
• Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in fast-paced social media content creation environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content strategies for optimal engagement.
• Proficiency in handling diverse video content quality, from smartphone footage to 6K resolutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
