About the position

The Social Media Content Creator at Tacheny Exteriors is responsible for enhancing the company's social media presence through creative storytelling and engaging content. This role involves developing and managing a content calendar, optimizing social media strategies, and actively engaging with the online community to foster brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, photography, and social media management, contributing to the overall marketing objectives of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Manage a social media content calendar for consistent posting.
• Track and report on key social media metrics.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Assist in designing graphics for various marketing materials.
• Produce high-quality content including photos, videos, and written posts.
• Capture high-resolution photos and videos of job sites and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments for content ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• In-depth knowledge of social media best practices on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visually-appealing details.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized and able to adapt to changing social media trends.
• Ability to capture photos or videos for social media use.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with social media management software such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premier Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
