About the position

The Social Media Content Creator will manage the social media presence for multiple luxury jewelry brands on a contract basis. This role focuses on promoting the brands, enhancing engagement, and building a loyal following through compelling storytelling and strategic content creation. The ideal candidate should have a passion for luxury goods and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

  • Create original content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
  • Plan and maintain a consistent cadence for posting across all brands and social media platforms, ensuring that content is scheduled strategically to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives across all platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support overall business goals.
  • Manage social media accounts by crafting posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
  • Utilize tools for social listening to gauge audience sentiment and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in the development of advertising copy that effectively communicates our products and services.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on content initiatives and messaging.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator or similar software to create visually appealing graphics that complement written content when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in social media marketing and management, with a keen understanding of various platforms.
  • Strong relationship management skills to foster collaboration within teams and with external partners.
  • Experience in advertising copywriting, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive messages.
  • Excellent research skills to gather information from credible sources and present it clearly.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce principles and web content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to distill complex topics into digestible content for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of social listening tools to track engagement metrics and audience feedback effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in fine jewelry or luxury products is a plus, but not a requirement.
