The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer knowledge about the brand, products, engineering processes, and the overall culture of Borne Off-Road through various social media platforms. The position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and effective communication skills, as the content creator will work closely with influencers, athletes, and internal teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience. In this role, you will be tasked with planning and implementing a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring timely content collection and delivery that aligns with corporate initiatives. You will also engage proactively with consumers across all social channels, researching and developing innovative ideas to capture new followers and increase engagement. The position may require attending events to capture on-site content, providing followers with a behind-the-scenes look at the brand. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for color correcting videos and ensuring high audio quality in your content. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines is essential. Responsibilities

  • Create content on all Borne social media platforms to enhance customer knowledge on branding, products, engineering process, and culture.
  • Work directly with influencers, athletes, and partners to develop professional working relationships.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams for timely content collection, creation, and delivery that conveys established corporate initiatives.
  • Plan and implement a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
  • Proactively lead engagement with consumers on all social channels.
  • Research and develop new ideas to increase growth by capturing new followers in the target market across established channels.
  • Create and track engagement and growth metrics.
  • Attend events when needed to shoot on-site content, providing customers with a sneak peek behind the scenes.
  • Attend weekly marketing and new product meetings to align timing for social media posts.
  • Provide additional support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years' experience in social media content creation.
  • 2-4 years of editing experience for audio, video, and photo.
  • Professional social media account experience working with a variety of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Automotive enthusiasm and/or aftermarket automotive industry experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using Lumix S5II camera.
  • Experience creating social media content for an automotive company.
  • Drive an offroad vehicle.
