About the position

The Social Media Content Creator at PROform Beauty Supply is a temporary, in-store role focused on creating engaging content for social media platforms to promote nail supplies and build a community among nail enthusiasts. The position requires a creative individual who can interact with customers and develop content strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to showcase products and promotions.
• Interact with customers both online and in-store to foster a strong community presence and customer loyalty.
• Capture in-store photos and videos, including product showcases, tutorials, and customer experiences.
• Develop creative campaigns and content strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the team to highlight new products, sales, and seasonal promotions.
• Stay on top of social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a social media content creator, ideally in retail, beauty, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in-store and online.
• A creative eye for creating high-quality photos, videos, and graphics.
• Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality that shines through in content and interactions.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule, while meeting deadlines.
