Dordick Law Corporation is looking for a Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator with experience in law firm social media management. The role focuses on producing innovative content that resonates with a broad audience while reflecting the firm's mission and brand. This full-time position requires staying updated with firm news and events, and creating engaging content primarily for the firm's social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create branded content in both stagnant and video formats for social media sites, including YouTube.
• Ghostwrite and support attorneys in writing blogs for the firm's website.
• Optimize website, Google Business Profile, and photos for SEO.
• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy focusing on messaging, engagement, and content performance.
• Assist with social content shoots, including camera work, editing, and scheduling.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies to align with the latest algorithm changes.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years prior experience with content creation, preferably for a law firm.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Canva.
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance.
• Experience with viral content, hooks, and algorithm-based strategy.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish.
