About the position

Nation Security is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative individual with a passion for storytelling, design, and digital marketing. You will play a key role in shaping the online presence of our brand, creating visually stunning and engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Design high-quality social media graphics, infographics, and video content to elevate the company's online presence
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns that reflect the company's values and services
• Create and maintain an engaging social media calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on data-driven insights
• Manage social media accounts by responding to comments, and messages, and engaging with followers
• Design digital marketing materials such as web banners, newsletters, and email templates
• Assist with the design and creation of marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and business cards

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field (experience in an agency or freelance role is a plus)
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional presence and attitude; team-oriented
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus
