About the position

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Manager to join our team at Premier Plastic Surgery Group of Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. Your primary focus will be to create engaging content that showcases our practice, values, and community involvement, while also providing a behind-the-scenes look at our operations. You will maintain and update our websites to ensure that all information is current and relevant, and you will monitor our social media channels to respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly. As a Social Media Content Manager, you will stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, ensuring that our strategies are effective and aligned with industry standards. You will be tasked with developing new and exciting content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand's personality. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours while working in a hybrid environment based in Draper, UT. Minimal travel may be required to capture various aspects of our vision and operations. Your role will also involve collaborating with other team members to brainstorm and implement creative ideas that enhance our online presence. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, possesses excellent writing and communication skills, and has a strong understanding of social media KPIs and digital marketing principles. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update websites to ensure all information is current.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and develop engaging content for social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, SnapChat, and TikTok.
  • Monitor all social media platforms and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Develop new and fun content that showcases the practice's values and community involvement.
  • Execute social media plans to increase online presence.

Requirements

  • Prior social media or content specialist experience is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google My Business, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
  • Familiarity with video editing software.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Canva and other design/editing software.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing principles and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO and email marketing.
  • Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ability to work as a team player and be a self-starter.
