The Black Tux is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence. This position is fully remote, but candidates residing in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Dallas will be strongly considered due to the occasional need to work in one of our showroom locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and foster community engagement. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for social media trends and best practices. In this role, you will design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that not only drives engagement but also reinforces our brand ethos. You will be tasked with conceiving and creating engaging photo and video content for our social channels, serving as the brand's on-camera personality. This includes everything from concepting and script writing to content production and post-editing. Collaboration is key, as you will work with both internal and external partners to create compelling social content that showcases our products and lifestyle, with a particular focus on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Additionally, you will develop and drive influencer and creator marketing strategies that align with our brand initiatives, focusing on storytelling, cultural relevance, and new consumer engagement. Proactive management of community interactions across social channels will be essential, as you coordinate with our Social Customer Support team to handle comments and messages. You will also analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on insights and trends. Staying current with trends in men's fashion, social media, and content creation will be crucial to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
