This position is based on-site at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location, where you will work as a Social Media Content Moderator, responsible for moderating user-generated content on our clients' platforms. You will review graphic images, videos, and written content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, providing a positive social experience for all users. Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Review content for accuracy and quality standards.
- Participate in refresher training to implement correct policies.
- Comply with performance indicators defined by the client's operation.
- Classify and eliminate sensitive content uploaded by users.
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues within turnaround times.
- Comply with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
- Participate in continuous training programs for optimal role development.
- Moderate potentially offensive content with sensitivity.
- Provide insights for process and policy improvements.
- Stay updated on workflow changes and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience navigating internet websites including social media and commercial sites.
- Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Comfortable reviewing inappropriate or explicit internet content.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility to meet changing business needs.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work various shifts.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Strong computer skills to use multiple programs simultaneously.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
- Predictable and reliable attendance.
