  • Investigate and resolve complex content issues within agreed turnaround times.
  • Comply with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
  • Participate in continuous training programs for optimal role development.
  • Moderate potentially offensive content while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
  • Provide trends and insights for process improvements and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on workflow changes, operational guidelines, and community standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills.
  • Experience navigating internet websites, including social media.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to type at least 25 wpm.
  • Comfortable reviewing potentially inappropriate content.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
