• Classify and eliminate sensitive content according to client parameters.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within turnaround times.
• Comply with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
• Engage in continuous training for optimal role development.
• Follow all instructions and procedures related to the role.
• Moderate potentially traumatic and sensitive content.
• Provide insights for process and policy improvements.
• Stay updated on workflow changes and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience navigating internet websites including social media.
• Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Comfortable reviewing inappropriate or explicit content.
• Attention to detail and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
• Logical problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work various shifts.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Strong computer skills to use multiple programs simultaneously.
• Ability to type 25 wpm.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High School Graduate or GED or higher.
