Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Review content for accuracy and quality, escalating violations as necessary.
• Participate in refresher training to stay updated on policies.
• Classify and eliminate sensitive content according to client parameters.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within set turnaround times.
• Comply with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
• Provide insights and trends for process improvements.
• Stay informed on workflow changes and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
• Experience navigating internet websites and social media platforms.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Attention to detail and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
• Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work various shifts.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Predictable and reliable attendance is necessary.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
