Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Review content for accuracy and quality, eliminating sensitive material as necessary.
• Participate in refresher training to stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within set turnaround times.
• Comply with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
• Provide trends and insights for process and policy improvements.
• Stay informed on workflow changes and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work on-site in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
• Experience navigating internet websites and social media platforms.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work various shifts and be flexible with hours.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Windows operating systems.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
