Responsibilities

  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Review content for accuracy and quality standards.
  • Participate in refresher training to implement correct policies.
  • Comply with performance indicators defined by the client's operation.
  • Classify and eliminate sensitive content uploaded by users.
  • Investigate and resolve complex content issues within turnaround times.
  • Comply with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
  • Participate in continuous training programs for optimal role development.
  • Follow all orders, instructions, and procedures related to the role.
  • Moderate potentially traumatic and offensive content.
  • Provide insights for process and policy improvements.
  • Stay updated on workflow changes and operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Russian and English is required.
  • Ability to work onsite in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
  • Experience navigating internet websites and social media.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Comfortable reviewing inappropriate or explicit content.
  • Attention to detail and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work various shifts.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
  • Predictable and reliable attendance.
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
