  • Classify and eliminate sensitive content uploaded by users.
  • Investigate and resolve complex content issues within turnaround times.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate confidentiality policies.
  • Participate in continuous training programs for optimal role development.
  • Follow all orders, instructions, and procedures related to the role.
  • Moderate potentially traumatic and sensitive content.
  • Provide insights for process and policy improvements.
  • Stay updated on workflow changes and operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience navigating internet websites and social media.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Comfortable reviewing inappropriate or explicit content.

  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
  • Predictable and reliable attendance.
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and work prioritization skills.
