About the position

As a Social Media Content Moderator at Teleperformance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that user-generated content on our clients' platforms adheres to community guidelines. This position requires you to review a variety of content types, including graphic images, videos, and written posts, to ensure they meet the established standards. Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive social experience for all users, making it essential to uphold a high standard of accuracy and quality in your evaluations. In this role, you will participate in frequent refresher training sessions to stay updated on the correct policies and procedures. You will be responsible for complying with performance indicators defined by the specific client's operation, which includes reviewing, classifying, and eliminating highly sensitive content uploaded by users. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standards, ensuring that corporate confidentiality policies are strictly followed to protect customer information. Your responsibilities will also include providing insights and trends to help improve overall processes and making recommendations for policy and product enhancements. You will need to remain informed about key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and community standards to effectively perform your duties. This position is based on-site at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location, and requires a flexible schedule to meet changing business needs. Responsibilities

  • Moderate user-generated content on clients' platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Review content to determine if it meets established standards of accuracy and quality.

  • Classify and eliminate highly sensitive content uploaded by users according to client parameters.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
  • Participate in continuous training programs for optimal role development.
  • Provide trends and insights for process improvements and policy recommendations.
  • Stay updated on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and community standards.

Requirements

  • Experience navigating internet websites including social media and commercial sites.
  • Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Comfortable reviewing potentially inappropriate or explicit content.
  • Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be flexible to meet changing business needs.
  • Availability to work various shifts.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
  • Predictable and reliable attendance.
