Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines.
• Moderate traumatic, sensitive, and potentially offensive content with resilience.
• Help maintain a positive online environment by removing inappropriate content.
• Provide feedback to users and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor trends and report on content moderation metrics.

Requirements

• Ability to spot violations in user-generated content.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle sensitive content with discretion.
• Comfortable navigating various online platforms and tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive culture.
• Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Comfortable reviewing internet content.
• Sharp problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work various shifts.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
• Reliable attendance record.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High School Graduate or GED or higher.
