Responsibilities

  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Review content for accuracy and quality, upholding high standards.
  • Participate in refresher training to implement correct policies.
  • Comply with performance indicators defined by the client's operation.
  • Classify and eliminate highly sensitive content uploaded by users.
  • Investigate and resolve complex content issues within turnaround times.
  • Comply with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
  • Participate in continuous training programs for optimal role development.
  • Provide trends and insights for process and policy improvements.
  • Stay updated on workflow changes, operational guidelines, and Community Standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas.
  • Experience navigating internet websites, including social media.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Comfortable reviewing potentially inappropriate content.
  • Attention to detail and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and availability for various shifts.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Must be over 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Predictable and reliable attendance is required.
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and work prioritization skills.
