About the position

The Social Media Coordinator/Content Creator at Trubella Medspa and Aesthetics is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage the audience. This part-time role involves creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to align social media campaigns with marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the providers for engagement and content input.
  • Align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Illustrator and video editing software.
  • Schedule posts and manage content calendars.
  • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Proficiency in photography and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking performance metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
