About the position

The Social Media Coordinator at Youtech is responsible for managing daily social media activities, creating engaging content, and developing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strong writing skills, and the ability to analyze social media performance to drive follower growth and engagement. Responsibilities

  • Daily social media account management including social post planning and engagement across various platforms.
  • Write brand-centric content for social posts and more.
  • Create and establish social media accounts.
  • Complete social media audits for various platforms.
  • Research, develop and execute full social media strategies, including follower growth strategies.
  • Analyze and aggregate data to discover trends and improve upon current strategy.
  • Ideation and preparation for themed photo shoots.
  • Help with preparation for client meetings and presentations.
  • Uphold general knowledge of the copywriting industry.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, writing, and/or marketing.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Expertise in communicating via written works, phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in an ever-changing industry.
  • Experience in Google Workspace (including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides).
