Responsibilities

  • Create a social media calendar and manage content creation/execution for all platforms
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects and events
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management and content creation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is a plus
