About the position

The Social Media Assistant will support Brad Mondo in managing and enhancing his social media presence across key platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This role is designed for a creative individual who understands Brad's unique brand and is passionate about engaging content creation and community interaction. The assistant will play a vital role in boosting engagement, supporting content creation, and analyzing social media performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Assist with creating visually engaging content aligned with Brad's brand and style, including photos, videos, and short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to help optimize engagement strategies and inform future content ideas.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and viral content, bringing new ideas that resonate with Brad's audience.

Requirements

• Highly creative with attention to detail.
• Adaptable, with a passion for engaging and building community.
• Strong understanding of internet culture and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Graduates to 2 years experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing preferred; experience with social media management tools.
• Strong understanding of Brad's personal brand, voice, and aesthetic.
• Ability to identify trends quickly and creatively apply them in content to keep Brad's presence fresh and relevant.
